Good afternoon Cody!  I have some great news.  Attached please see the compliance/file review from PDC/Sheryl Stratton.  I want to congratulate and say thanks to Angie for all her work on the PDC compliance/file reviews.  I was made aware today that Sabin and Angie received “100%” on these files.  We have never had this happen! 

This has been a nightmare in the past with *********, where we were hardly ever in compliance. 

Again, I do express our thanks and “Job Well Done” to Angie and to you for assisting Sabin CDC with our property management needs.
